The location seemed convenient and had some nice features such as a friendly elderly staff member. the room had some positives with more amenities than expected such as AC, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The hospitality experience was subpar with rude and unaccommodating staff, as well as unsanitary conditions.

The hotel has a great view of the city and is walking distance to the train station and shopping facilities. the staff was very accommodating and helped us with our luggage. the hotel room was comfortable and clean, giving us an overall great experience during our New Year celebration. the location of the hotel was perfect and we enjoyed exploring the city from here.

During our weekend stay, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. To top it off, the on-site parking provided secure and easy access to our vehicle.

The front desk staff could have also been friendlier and more accommodating regarding the check-out time. while we had a satisfactory stay, improvements could be made in these areas.
